Comments Thread For: Oscar Rivas Warns Dillian Whyte: I'll Be The Last Man Standing!

Undefeated Canadian puncher Oscar Rivas is determined to do a real number on Dillian Whyte, when the two heavyweights collide in the ring in the coming months. Rivas finalized a deal to face Whyte on July 20, live on Sky Sports Box Office, in the British boxer's backyard of the O2 Arena in London.

I expect a good fight from this one, should be a war if Whyte comes forward and not try to box like he did vs Chisora because he looked like crap, he's a brawler.

Gillian Shyte isn't very good or powerful but he's physically quite strong, this guy Rivas looks able to smash him up for the late stoppage or points

Good on Whyte and Rivas for fighting other contenders and not taking soft touches / waiting for their shots. A lot of other heavies could learn from them at the minute!

Finally a chance for a good prospect. It seems to me that this is unique in todays hw boxing, where 'champions' prefer instead to fight bums. Kudos to Whyte.

I dont care if its more marketable, if Rivas wins big against Whyte he is a more interesting opponent for Josh than Whyte. Simple as that. But Whyte proved me wrong severel times already so this time i pick Whyte to win. Had a verry good 2018.

This. I really like Whyte and hope he wins but that doesnt mean I want him to take soft touches till he gets his mandatory shot or another **** at the champ.
