Mexican promoter Fernando Beltran endorsed the idea of Jaime Munguia going to 160 pounds in 2019, and he predicted that next year his name will be heard alongside the division's greats at middleweight. Munguia returns to the ring this Saturday to make a mandatory defense of the WBO junior middleweight title against Dennis Hogan at the Arena Monterrey in Mexico. Beltran has the right plan. If all goes well Munguia will have made 6 defenses of his title in just over a year. Then he can move up and fight the top guys at 160.

Tbh I don't know how I feel about Munguia. Kid talks so much about how he is the greatest and would wreck the other 154 champs and he runs away to the arms of his daddy, C-Note.
