Bayamn, PR - Featherweight (126 pounds), Luis "Orlando" Del Valle (23-3, 17KO's), who last December returned to the ring after more than a two year layoff, signed his signature on a promotional contract with Universal Promotions, and prepares to make his return to the ring on a date in the month of May.
