  • Comments Thread For: Khan: I'm Going To Win Crawford Fight With My Skills, Boxing IQ

Amir Khan is well aware of the challenge in front of him, as well as how little of a chance he is being given according to the court of public opinion. It's hardly unfamiliar territory for the 32-year old Brit, who embraces the underdog role ahead of his April 20 showdown with unbeaten pound-for-pound entrant Terence Crawford.

This is going to be a great fight for four rounds.

All khan has is speed. His boxing iq is trash

He said the same thing leading into the Samuel Vargas fight and almost got knocked out twice.

You’ll do good until Crawford catches you goes like that in all your fights

I truly want to see khan do well, if only for my entertainment. I think he’s a class boxer and not wanting to give up relevance yet, which is a big deal.

I will say it’s funny he used the exact same line “my people didn’t want me to take this fight” as Mikey used before he got blitzed lol

Crawford is a relatively slow starter so I can see Khan doing well for the first two or three rounds based on his speed and movement. But Khan fights at the same pace and rhythm all the time leaving him very vulnerable to counter shots. Crawford will figure this out and eventually land a check-hook or uppercut that will put Khan on skates.

                Crawford TKO8 Khan.

A fight with zero mystery about who's going to win. Just how and when.

I'm sick of Khan cropping up from time to time against a good fighter only to suck. But whatever, maybe this will end him.
