Anyone have any info on why comeback George and Lennox didn't fight in the 90's?

I know why Bow didn't fight Lennox, but what is the story with Foreman and Lennox not happening?

George knew better than to mix it up with The King.

If it would have happened ....12-0 Lewis UD. Lennox would pick him apart from the outside..and george would just land shots on Lewis' arms/shoulders .

lewis wanted to fight the winner of foreman - briggs. the judges spoiled the party...

Because his comeback was a publicity stunt, I mean look how fat and out shape he was, it was ridiculous. Grandpa Foreman was feed some bum and that was that.

In an interview around that time, Foreman just straight said he didn't need to be getting into a ring with that guy. Lewis was up for it, but Foreman didn't fancy it. Can't blame him to be honest because it would have been ugly for him as well as painful.
