  • Comments Thread For: Top Rank To Add Saunders, Warrington & Frampton, Maybe Dubois

Several of Tyson Fury's friends are expected to follow the huge heavyweight's lead by signing co-promotional agreements with Bob Arum's Top Rank Inc. Multiple sources have confirmed to BoxingScene.com that former WBO middleweight champ Billy Joe Saunders, IBF featherweight champ Josh Warrington and former super bantamweight and featherweight champ Carl Frampton will join Top Rank's stable soon. Like Fury, Saunders, Warrington and Frampton also are promoted by Frank Warren.

Well Saunders isn't going to be getting a Canelo or GGG fight anytime soon.

Great move by Bob, horrible move for Suanders. He's going to become like one of those PBC fighters and only fight bums.

Well Yeah I expect ALL of Frank Warren top talent to be fighting on ESPN eventually it only make sense

BJS is in a tough spot, 160 is DAZN and even if he moves up, most of 168 is PBC, UNLESS Zurdo changed his mind and is STAYING at 168

Zurdo vs BJS is not a bad fight at all!

Saunders is screwed. Warren and Arum tried to manipulate a vacant belt for him at 168 by phuking over Ramirez. Ramirez screamed and got the WBO to reinstate him as champion while he takes fights at 175 to feel out the weight. Belts matter and it makes no sense to vacate your belt until you have another belt lined up at 175. This means now Saunders perfect plan to steal a belt is blown up. He can't go back to 160 because all the belts are with DAZN. All the belts at 168 are with PBC except Smith (DAZN) and the Ramirez belt and he isn't giving that up. Top Rank and ESPN has nothing for him at 160 or 168. If you are at 154, 160, 168 a exclusive contract with ESPN is the worst place to be. PBC or DAZN own all those divisions.

Might as well throw in 147! I'm wondering who Crawford is gonna fight after Khan assuming he beats him,...??
Boxing is starting to become a joke in the sense that once a fighter is aligned to a certain network it's damn nearly impossible to fight fighters aligned to a different network... It's fuccing ridiculous!
