I would rather see Pacquiao make the same offer to Tank Davis, that he did for Lomachenko. Catch-Weight fight @ 140! My 2nd best option for Manny is a fight with Danny Garcia, if he beats (dominates) Granados. Last option would be Keith Thurman! Spence should NOT be an option! If Mikey beats Spence, he becomes option #1 ASAP!
