Comments Thread For: Hector Tanajara Gets Technical Decision Over Ivan Delgado

Hector Tanajara and his team pegged Saturday's clash with Ivan Delgado as the toughest fight of his young career to date. The 22-year old from San Antonio survived that tough test-and the sight of his own blood-even if the ringside physicians weren't quite up for the task. A cut over the right eye of Tanajara pre-empted an entertaining lightweight battle after four rounds, settling for a technical decision win Saturday evening at Auditorio Municipal in Tijuana, Mexico.

This **** was setup. After tanajara got cut, his team didnt want him going through with the rest of the fight. His corner knew the doctor was gonna let him go one more round for the Tech. Decision. Seemed like robert garcia told the ref it was from a headbutt, then the ref declared it a headbutt and took a point. Shady as ****!

Far from soft, seen this kid a lot @ Fantasy Springs casino where Golden Boy do most of their low level fights Tenajara can **** not to mention gets greats sparring @ RGBA. He’s still a bit green but definitely a prospect to watch out for.
