It's making sense now. No matter what Hearn offered there was no response from the Wilder camp. Fans just have to conclude Wilder just didn't want the fight.

Warren says otherwise though. Plus they obly worked on 1 fight together (Floyd and Manny), and Manny signed with Haymon. Look at yhe fights Arum wasn't able to make with his own stable. He only wants to make fights whrn it benefits him, as opposed to Haymon who makes figgts if it benefits his fighter. Like Wilder vs Fury, Floyd vs Manny, GGG vs Jacobs, Joshua vs Martin, DeGale vs Eubanks.

He had no problem with letting Alverez sign with ESPN because that is where the big fights were for him.

No and now you know why ot was takibg so long. They were working on the ESPN deal so it kept getting pushed back. Similar to Hearn working on the DAZN deal when negotiating with Wilders camp. Or Kovalev working on his deal with HBO when the purse bid with Steveson came about.

Stop deflecting. That has nothing to do with Wilder ducking AJ.

Oh if Bob Arum says it…

"didn't want to risk it" and "would only do that fight if he had every advantage for his fighter" sounds like what Arum has been doing his whole career as a promoter. Maybe Haymon didn't want to make Joshua-Wilder after all, but Arum should be the last person to open his vile mouth. He's just mad because he has met his match.

If Al Haymon was white, Arum woud have called him a **** already.

Mayweather fights was stacked in Haymons favour , Degale is punchy and on the decline and Alvarez landed a lucky punch and was never a world force and was dropped by TR when losing to Kovalev last month. Fury got shafted with the decision and now fury is not going to let that happen this time and he has jumped rank.
Wilder had no intention of fighting AJ and he wanted an easy picking with fury which has now seriously backfired on wilder, PBC and showtime.

Lol arum has definitely blamed Hearn and aj before. Hopefully everyone can see that people in the boxing community’s opinions is based on their personal agenda.

Bottom line is both teams could’ve done more to get the fight done. Team aj could’ve been more up front with the date of the fight which was the reason the deal fell through, team wilder could’ve signed for the fight anyway. Everyone knew they had two dates at Wembley and with time ticking April was obviously the date Hearn wanted the fight. Both could’ve had interim fights in the time being and by this point we’d be a month away from an undisputed title fight.
