WTF gives here? This fight was originally billed as for the vacant Commonwealth championship. Now it's for something called the ocean title. Bloody hell fire the World gone mad! Vassell's from the UK & I guess he qualifies because it is an island that sits in the ocean, but these regional titles have got 100% totally out of control & need to be nipped in the bud quick smart!!...
