Thurman "ducked" Vargas? Thurman was looking for a tune-up fight after being off for two years. I thought Lopez was a tough tune up fight for him, and Vargas is basically even with Lopez based on the two fighting each other. Lopez may actually even be better now after being with Garcia. Lopez and Vargas have proven they are about the same level as Broner. Gatekeepers. Rios is below that, and Matthysse is done.
