    What ridiculous comments.

All of a sudden, merely because a fresh, well-conditioned Fury turned up in the U.S. having fought two tomato cans gets a shot at Wilder and does quite well.

How does that change the perception of what AJ has done up until now?
How do his opponents who still rank better on paper than both Wilder and Fury become lesser?

An absolute ridiculous reframing of the HW context.

IMO AJ is still the man to beat. The only difference is Fury was desperate enough to travel to the U.S, whereas Joshua refuses to be at the beck and call of the lunatic ravings of Wilder.

Arum is right. I said this awhile ago.
Fury is more popular in the US than Joshua and a lot of Joshua fans got real emotional.

No fault to you because Hearn said it..but it was bollocks.

Parker is who he is. He is not an aggressive fighter. He was never elite at anything...not size, not speed, not technical skills, not power. He was the lowest risk out of the other two champions.

If your assessment of Wilder's chances was common, the fight would have happened. The money that Wilder asked for would have been easily made up for in US endorsements and the rematch. Wilder has the three things you need to beat Joshua speed, power, stamina. Why? Joshua doesn't slip punches well, uses his feet to get out of danger too much, is super muscular and gasses quick, doesn't have the best chin.
Martin called out AJ for sure why are you even arguing this?

Charles Martins team have approached UK superstar Anthony Joshua about fighting for the world title on April 9.

Parkers top ten without a doubt and the same level as Whyte who is current #4 going off their close fight that could have gone either way. You just want to underate him because it suits your narrative he is a fast on his feet and he definitely has some of the best boxing skills for the HW's and an iron chin.

AJ's stamina was fine in the 12 rounder against Parker and didn't show any fatigue against Povetkin, Wilders was questioned against Fury. AJ's chin is solid he's taken big punches not been knocked down and recovers well with less career knockdowns than Wilder but the both appear to have good chins. AJ's footwork is improving and is probably better than Wilders who just leans back to get out of reach and lets his feet follow after.

Not AJ's fault Wilder doesn't want it yet.

Dude...one promoter or manager calling another manager to see about a fight is NOT calling someone out. Period.

The two punchers that AJ fought put him down or had him on ***** street. That's facts. His chin isn't Khan level...but it won't take a full shot from the heavier hitters at HW to put him down.

Do you know what it means to slip a punch?

            or it could even be.....

            1) Fury
            2) Wilder/Joshua

I see that fight as 50/50

I think Joshua will win more rounds than Wilder, but Wilder will hurt Joshua when he wins rounds..... and if Wilder hits Joshua like he hit Fury, or like Klitschko hit Joshua..... it is goodnight nurse for Joshua

Fury (and even Wilder) surpassed Joshua..... because they were willing to take fights that he refused

He probably is more popular in the US but who cares?

Joshua is a British fighter and the American heavyweight scene has been dead for almost 2 decades.

If Fury wins the wilder rematch it'll carry on being dead.

It's not like when Lewis was champ and there was tons of big money options in the US. It's a different landscape now. If Fury beats Wilder then the fight is Fury vs Joshua which will do 2 million uk buys and 100k at wembley stadium.

Wlad never "needed" America and neither does AJ, and the American fans need to accept that

                Total nonsense

Wilder doesn't get credit for losing to a Fury who he cherry picked coming back off being inactive and obese for 2 years.

The only way you can rank wilder>Joshua or even equal is if you say Ortiz is better than klitschko, Parker and Povetkin combined. Which would be a joke.

                    cherry picked?

Fury had the balls to fight Wilder. AJ didnt.

Yes, cherry picked. Fury looked AWFUL in his comeback fight and wider figured he was degraded enough that Wilder could beat him. WRONG. fury still had two hands

And Fury took the fight because he knew Wilder was a zero skills bum an didn't have any other good money options.

Meanwhile in your mind AJ is a "frightened coward" because he didn't give Wilder like 15x his highest payday for a fight
