Comments Thread For: Fury: I'm Still Young at 30, Plenty of Exciting Nights Left in Me

This time last year, the main focus of Tyson Fury was to trim down considerably from the 400 pounds of body weight he was lugging around and enjoy some semblance of a healthy ring return. A hell of a lot more than that was accomplished by the unbeaten lineal heavyweight champion. His widely-disputed 12-round draw with Deontay Wilder capped an improbable comeback for the ages, a run which began with the accomplishing the already seemingly-impossible in simply returning to the ring at all.

I just hope everyone does the right thing and fight each other.

“If not, then it’s pretty pointless being involved in the heavyweight division. We might as well all just retire if we’re going to fight nobodies.

That statement sums up all of boxing today.

All he has to do is stay on the straight and narrow and he'll be good to go!!

30 is still youngish for the big b oys. But abusing yourself you might have shortened career a few years.
If you could have fought well.up to 40 like wlad. You might only be useful up to 34.
So 4 years might be plenty enough to do what needs to be done

Got to admit Fury walks the talk, he came back and did EXACTLY what he said he would he fought the best dog of the division after only 2 tune up fights. So much respect for this guy, he makes AJ look like a real fool. I hope to see some great things from Fury this year!

Much respect for Fury. Him and Wilder are the real deal! Don't care who wins the 2nd fight as long as they kick the primadonna Aquajuice's A$$.

The only excitement in any of your fights was when Wilder almost took your head off

That last fight showed up Wilder horribly so ***** knows what your typing about. Based on that last fight AJ takes out Wilder.
