Comments Thread For: Jake Ball vs. Craig Richards, Felix Cash vs. Rasheed Abolaji on 2/2

Jake Ball and Craig Richards will finally square off in the new year. The pair have been set to meet in a bitter light-heavyweight showdown for a while. But two failed meetings, including one at short notice back in October due to injury to the WBA International champion, have resulted in the pair trading insults.

The only belt that Okolie can improve with would be the EBU title. However I'd like to see him defend his British & Commonwealth titles a few times before going for it.

He's the most talented Cruiserweight contender on the scene beside Lawrence, with a bit different qualities than Askin and Chamberlain. I think He could test Okolie and being more of an outside fighter, it shouldn't be as ugly and unwatchable as other fights of Okolie.

Eddie hearn is dealing with Sergio Maravilla Martinez for Cheeseman vs Garcia - so why not bring Kiko Martinez over for Ryan Walsh? Double Spain vs U.K rivalry for EBU Title.
Walsh deserves his shot, Eddie should help him out - and that's great clash of styles too.
Walsh ain’t a Hearn fighter, no chance Eddie is paying to bring Kiko over for him. It’s a shame cause Walsh deserves a step up.

I have no interest in Okolie tbh, horrible style.

Glad to see Craig Richards getting an opportunity, decent fighter, he’ll beat Ball handily

I'd sooner see them fight in Southern Spain. I could do with a holiday & would definitely attend!
