Comments Thread For: Badou Jack: I'm Motivated To Prove I'm Best Fighter at 175

Badou Jack "The Ripper" wears many hats as an entrepreneur, philanthropist and father, it is his boxing career that has allowed him to be on the path to greatness in and out of the ring. Therefore, he will put his championship-caliber boxing skills on full display on Saturday, January 19 from MGM Grand Garden Arena live on SHOWTIME PPV(r) against hungry light heavyweight Marcus Browne as the co-main event of the Manny Pacquiao vs. Adrien Broner welterweight championship fight.

Guy had a draw with a way past his prime, old fighter who is in a coma right now. I can't see this guy really winning against any top guy at 175 except maybe a washed up Kova.

JAck couldn’t beat a washed up 41 year old. How u gonna handle Beterbiev Gvozdyk and bivol?

Browne already lost to Hot Rod so this is hardly a test

Badou Jack is a good fighter, but he's not special, and that's why he never gets close decisions or grabs the brass ring.

If that’s the case then surely you have the same sentiments about Bivol who’s faced nothing but bums and went the distance with them. Your first comment is dumb considering Jack is nowhere near his prime either. He beat Adonis and dropped him.

He is a good fighter, but he just does not have that second gear that a champion should have. He competes very well, but does not seem to have that little extra bit.
