Comments Thread For: Joshua-Miller At MSG Could Bring Khan-Brook To Wembley 4/13

Anthony Joshua sat ringside Saturday night for Canelo Alvarez's debut at a sold-out Madison Square Garden. The British superstar so enjoyed his Garden and New York experiences that he has embraced the idea of making his American debut there in the spring. Multiple sources have informed BoxingScene.com that Joshua is more than willing to fight trash-talking, Brooklyn-based heavyweight contender Jarrell Miller at Madison Square Garden this spring.

I would rather that than see a Joshua whyte rematch if those are the only 2 options for his next fight. We all know his not fighting wilder or fury next.

Short of Wilder at Wembley, this is the match! AJ vs. Big Baby at the Garden!

So seems like this depends on if Chisora wins or not? You would still go Joshua/Whyte II at Wembley's on April 13? Makes a lot of sense though. Get Joshua's name out even more stateside and satisfy DAZN by putting his fight on prime time, and Brook/Khan will sell out that venue anyways.

If Joshua goes Miller next, then possibly he gets the winner of Wilder/Fury later in the year? I know the mandatory is up, but unification takes precedent no? This may be the best scenario. Better chance Wilder or Fury vs Joshua happens late 2019 if he fights Miller instead of Whyte IMO.

Also doing the fight within a month period of a canelo fight is smart for US exposure . A lot of fans will sign up for a free dazn monthly trial for canelo fights and cancel before the $10 subscription kicks in so him fighting within that one month period would help his numbers massively.

Personally if wilder doesn’t happen I would prefer a fight against Ortiz then face Miller in New York after
