Promoters Eddie Hearn and Joe DeGuardia met Friday afternoon in New York looking to finalize a fight between light heavyweight titlist Artur Beterbiev and Joe Smith Jr. The date will be either Feb. 22 or Feb. 23 and be broadcast on one of Hearn's DAZN cards. Venue is to be determined.
