Comments Thread For: Wilder Laughs: Joshua, Hearn Definitely 'Begging' Now To Fight!

Anthony Joshua's team are "begging" for a heavyweight unification fight, according to WBC world champion Deontay Wilder. Joshua holds the IBF, WBO, IBO and WBA titles while Wilder recently retained his WBC belt in a draw with Tyson Fury earlier this month that turned into one of the fights of the year.

"But he could have had this opportunity. He had many opportunities. He could have fought Luis Ortiz, he could have fought me, he had a chance to fight Fury as well."

Who wants to fight Wilder, Fury, and Ortiz, when Klitschko, Takam, and Parker are available? Lol!

Wilder vs. Fury II. Make It Happen...in April!

Wilder's right, AJ and Hearn had the chance and they blew it, Wilder vs Fury 2 will be bigger than any other AJ fight, if there's a clear ko winner, then the winner could offer a fight to AJ, on the winner's term, not Hearn's; if it's a close fight, they could fight again and then the winner could offer the fight to AJ by the end of 2019 or later. I hope Fury figts a few more times in the states, he'll be the biggest name in boxing if he takes Wilder and AJ.

How awesome would that be if they put Wilder-Fury II up against AJ-Whyte? I bet it gets more buys even in the UK. Eddie really over played his hand and it's coming back to bite him. No one wants to work with him, the DAZN is pissed and the AJ myth is quickly losing its luster.

But I thought Wilder wants to unify? That’s all he’s been talking about for the past few years.. What happened to one face, one name, one champ?

Wilder use to say they don’t want to fight, they scared but now he’s saying they want the fight, they begging for the fight.. this proves who wants to unify and who doesn’t!

Wait til it comes time to negotiate the purse split...won’t seem like “begging” then.

Wilder is right! This of course doesn't matter to his haters. I'm curious to see as the posts on this article increase how many of them will be off topic and generally be hateful comments about Wilder.

Making a fool of himself now.

He said that AJ was ducking him but now he's claiming that AJ is begging for a fight? Which is it?!

Most logical fight is Wilder v AJ. - Wilder has more chance of Winning the AJ fight than having another tough night against an awkward opponent. He'll also make more money and has the chance to unify the division.

The Fury rematch will always be there.
