  • Comments Thread For: Fury: Wilder OK With Being No. 3; That's Why He's 'Bronze Bomber'

Fury has ridiculed Wilder for boasting about winning a bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. The gigantic Brit contends he would've thrown that bronze medal in the garbage had he won it.

Yeah, but the difference, and that is his argument, is that he is not running around calling himself the bronze gypsy, because he wouldnt be content with being third.

A Bronze medal with what 35 amateur fights you say Tyson? and before that Deontay made it to the Olympic trials in only 21 bouts? Early in 2008 he scored a career-best win by edging out World championships silver medalist and future Olympic champion Rakhim Chakhiyev in Russia?

birdlegs is nothing more than a crusierweight ( 214 lbs) sized windmilling bassetball player never met a real champion in the ring and never will. went life and death with a 49 year old cuban with high blood pressure for his "best" win The Gypsy King will depose of this fraud with relative ease

A Gold Olympic medal with 40 Amateur fights. Silver medalist in 2011.

Bronze is still good, it’s not about winning it’s about taking part. Ask anyone that finishes 3rd or 4th they will agree with me.
