Lemieux looks like he's been getting beaten up in sparring. Someone gave him two black eyes.

I don't have a problem with this as its not for a title. Johnson isn't too bad imo. He's a much better opponent than Vanes Matrisoyan.

Tureano Johnson? Is he the guy that Derevyachenko beat the hell out of and KO'd?

Yup... And not that long ago... He also lost to Curtis Stevens by TKO in 2014... TBH that's a fight to setup a Derevyanchenko vs Lemieux fight before they try on Canelo again... As for Ulysse, it's time for him to really step up and show what he's made of... or not...

We all know he's fighting Canelo next, so they put him in with someone that can possibly push him a little and even make him look good.

I just finished watching the Derev VS Tureano Johnson fight again. Johnson really worked hard and was pressing all night but he was getting caught with too many shots. I'm thinking if Lemieux doesn't hurt him or discourage him with something early this Johnson guy might be a handful...But he really took a prolonged beating from Derevyanchenko. I think Derev is a smarter and trickier fighter than Lemieux but Lemieux has more one punch power. I'm curious to see how this would play out if this fight goes late down the stretch....But, can Tureano Johnson survive the early rounds?
