            I tried this stuff lol

I got a free sample pack you go to the website ripper nutrition and they give out samples and mail it to you

Its pretty good flavor the G**** I put it with cold water in a shaker

But the price is insane, 55 bucks lol

Its just a basic pre and amino supp its clean though if it were 19 bucks or 24 Id cop it because it was good flavor wise.

and Aminos in general help your muscles grow and recover giving you that muscle hardness.

but I aint paying 55, I think when they first dropped they were charging 75 bucks for a tub lol

Lol. That's what I'm saying, I'm sure it's quality stuff but I rather go to walmart and spend like 12$ on some cheap stuff that's decent. I go through 30 servings in a week anyways so i won't spending 200+ a month on some pre workout. Hopefully they drop that price.

Yea I think amino supplements are a waste, I don't even bother with protein powder. Pre workouts are what s up worth it though.
