Comments Thread For: Josh Taylor: Postol Gave Me Test I Needed, I'll Win The WBSS

Josh Taylor is reaping the benefits of home comforts as he prepares for his tilt at the World Boxing Super Series. WBC silver champion Taylor faces unbeaten American Ryan Martin in Glasgow on November 3 after entering the super-lightweight tournament, the winner of which will walk away with IBF and WBA world titles.

Fair play to Josh. I think it'll be him vs Regis in the finals so even if he comes up short it won't be THAT f#cking short.

Seen some people call out a Ryan Martin upset doe. Idk about that, but Ryan definitely don't suck & I think he could be a title holder at some point. I just think it might be a lil early for him still. Respect to Ryan if he upsets Josh doe.

I think Postol deserved an invite to this tourney. He was decent vs Taylor and the judges robbed made a respectable defeat look like a shutout.

I worry about Regis. His last out was kind of so so and he was bruised up at the end. He might have better defense, but he didn't show it. Then there is Flanagan in the Bayou. What's up with that? Is that an Eddie move to get Regis in the UK for the finals? Flanagan better watch his back.

Strange this, I thought Frank Warren was Terry's promoter, but the WBSS is being streamed by DAZN -- which is a Hearn/Matchroom platform? Anybody can clarify this, it be appreciated.
