...you know Serrano needs more than a couple of fights, besides, you wouldn't want her to knock your girl out with her boxing skills, Lol..

Valentina is far too well-rounded. Serrano is 30 and trying to learn MMA. MMA striking is far different to Boxing striking. Look at Holly Holm in her last fight, she did not want to standup against her opponent but on paper, Holm was far more accomplished on the feet.

Quick search on Serrano shows that she has a good sub game but she should have switched to MMA years ago. Trying to learn a new sport at 30 is extremely difficult. Her striking is obviously her strong point, she should focus on:

1) Takedown defence
2) Continual improvement of her submissions
3) Work on incorporating her striking game to MMA better
4) How to work in and out of a clinch situation

I think Holly Holm is the perfect example on how to transition perfectly to MMA. She used to train in an MMA gym growing up so she has a distinct advantage.
