Crawford (34-0) was dominant throughout at the CHI Health Center in his hometown, and his first defence of the title ended in victory in the final round. The hometown native was the aggressor from the outset, dictating to Benavidez, who suffered his first loss in 28 fights.

He won 2 rounds and got sparked. Only reason it didn't happen sooner is because of his obvious size advantage after rehydration he has been bragging about all week.

Neither of them was impressive. Guess i expected too much. It’s either Benavidez making it a war or Crawford blasting him out. None of that happened.

Winning 10 rounds and sparking a guy younger, taller, bigger, with longer reach is impressive. All this while taking zero punishment.

Benavidez looked good. He needs more fights at this level.

31, at the prime of his life, pound for pound champ, tab as the number 1 welter by most and someone who’d beat a larger spencez Couldn’t blast a 25-1 underdog who has a bum knee.
Guess i have to much expectation coming to this fight. As i thought he’d blast my fav pacman easy as well.
Now im giving fossil pac, and floyd a 10-30% chance against him.

Stop with that knee ****. Size is size. Jose and David were bragging Jose would be 170 by the time of the fight. He broke Jose the bigger man down with body punches. You probably think him breathing hard and backing off every time he caught one to the gut was because of his knee.
