    The cancelation of his mandatory defense against Demetrius Andrade hasn't cost Billy Joe Saunders his WBO middleweight title not yet, anyway. WBO president Paco Valcarcel told ESPN.com on Tuesday that his organization will sanction an Andrade-Walter Kautondokwo fight for its interim middleweight title because it will afford Saunders an opportunity to appeal the Massachusetts State Athletic Commission's denial of his license application with the WBO. The Massachusetts commission's decision Tuesday caused the cancelation of the Saunders-Andrade fight October 20 at TD Garden in Boston.

                  The WBO rarely sanction Interim world title bouts. Frampton fought for the interim WBO against Donaire In April .

                  They haven't reached the WBA and WBC stage of complete belt mockery yet.

                          Gutted for real. Seems harsh for a first time infringement, and Andrade said he was willing to fight anyway. I thought his excuse wasn't that far-fetched and he'd get off with a warning. The video of him mocking a drug addict probably didn't help his cause either. He was just begging to be made an example of.
