Comments Thread For: Fury: Wilder Will Beg For Me To Knock Him Out After A While

NEW YORK Tyson Fury considers Deontay Wilder a better boxer than most of the knockout artist's critics think. The lineal heavyweight champion still can't envision a scenario in which Wilder will be able to out-box him or knock him out when they meet December 1. Fury figures he'll frustrate Wilder so much when they square off at Staples Center in Los Angeles that Wilder will want Fury to put him out of his misery as a one-sided, frustrating fight unfolds.

I just hope Fury doesn't make this fight unwatchable. We know he can box but running and throwing 9 punches a round is not going to give him the win in USA.

Nobody at HW can talk a better fight than Tyson Fury, there's probably none that could out-box-and-move him IF he's at his best.
The problem for me is he is just not exciting to watch once the bell rings. I won't go as far as Hearn and say he's the most boring boxer of all time but his fights just never have me on the edge of my seat or on my feet cheering.
HW is historically the most brutal division, which is why it's always been the most glamorous to non-purists. When I want to see sublime skill I tune in to Crawford, Lomachenko etc. Once you get to to MW and beyond, that's when the demand for KO's gets increasingly higher and they're pretty much expected in at least 50% of fights at HW.

It'll be the Vlad fight again except this time he'll get clipped at some point. This is a horrible match up of styles on paper.

These are funny quotes. Don't think it will be like the Wlad bout because Wilder won't be discouraged by Fury's movement, faints and awkwardness. He'll still keep looking for the shot and I back him to catch Fury.

Going by his last two fights he won’t be doing any of that.

He better stfu and train and sign up for the drug testing instead trying to convince us of how he will beat Wilder. Wilder will figure him out 2 3 res and then start tagging his ass
