    Showtime can work, but to me GBP should only take Canelo some place if they can open the door for other guys. So while Showtime might not be interested in showing other guys, to me they would have to if they want Canelo.

    They can easily offer a few Shobox cards, but that should not be enough for GBP to really bite. So Shwtime with their commitment to PBC would have to get really creative or spend quite a bit more.

    Same really applies for ESPN too, so it would really come down to for the biggest possible Canelo fights do you want to be on PBC's side of the street or Top Rank.

      Showtime is his best option. They have the proven PPV platform and that's what Canelo going forward is, solely a PPV fighter.

          Yes but Canelo doesn't really need a belt. From what I understand, Murata in Japan would be huge money for GGG or Canelo.

            How many times did Curtis Stevens fought on HBO under Kathy Duva??
            You forget about that you fool??
            If Stephen Espinoza made it clear with words that he's not interested in the rest of Oscar's fighter's then provide a link to the article/video or just STFU!
            You're worse than a female making up stuff and spreading rumors, for real!
            Be a man punk and act like a man! Back up what you say with facts or just STFU!
            Curtis Stevens' HBO fights;

            Opponent for Golovkin in the main event on a K2 card, opener for the Kovalev-Ward PPV, Opponent for Lemieux in the main event of a Golden Boy card, and that's it.

            Add in the few show openers on NBCSN, and you're basically looking at a decade since the last time that Curtis Stevens was supposed to be the fighter selling the show.

            So yeah, Munguia can come to Houston to fight Jermell Charlo on a Lions Only Promotions card, or head to Maryland and fight Hurd on Hurd's date. Ryan Garcia can wait on the call to fight in Baltimore, and the rest of the roster can wait too, lol.

              Looks like Showtime/PBC are not interested in Golovkin.

                If ggg signs with Showtime it would only be Showtime, NOT PBC and Showtime.

                    ESPN or DAZN would gladly welcome Golovkin.
                    It's looking like Showtime doesn't want Golovkin.
                    Do you know why?
