NEW YORK – Frank Warren is confident Billy Joe Saunders still will be allowed to defend his WBO middleweight title against Demetrius Andrade on October 20. Warren, Saunders’ promoter, told BoxingScene.com on Tuesday that he expects the Massachusetts State Athletic Commission to approve Saunders’ license application at a hearing Monday in Boston. The Saunders-Andrade fight, scheduled for two weeks from Saturday night at TD Garden in Boston, is in jeopardy because Saunders tested positive for oxilofrine, a banned stimulant, in an exam monitored by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association on August 30.

Hey dip**** Warren. He’s licensed in the UK, but he’s not fighting in the UK, he’s fighting in good ol USA where he will get banned for cheating. I hope Saunders gets stripped of the belt, banned, and goes into obscurity. He belongs in bare knuckle fights.

I'd rather the fight goes ahead, but if he gets banned and stripped then tough. I have no sympathy with top level athletes "accidently" taking substances. These guys have nutritionists and medical experts they can, and should, consult before taking anything

By Billy Joe own words, no boxer should be allowed to fight if they fail a PED test. Canelo was suspended and stripped of the Ring when his case was only a trace. Billy Joe has full blown PED and Billy Joe's drug is 10 folds stronger the clenbuterol.
