NEW YORK Mikey Garcia will remain at lightweight for at least one more fight. Promoter Lou DiBella confirmed to BoxingScene.com on Tuesday that he has reached an agreement for his fighter, Richard Commey, to challenge Garcia for the IBF lightweight title.
