Comments Thread For: Ohara Davies: Catterall Won't Be Easy, You Will See My Best

Ohara Davies claims to be in the process of shaping opponent Jack Catterall into a more successful fighter outside of the ring even if he plans to destroy his unbeaten record inside of it on Saturday. Londoner Davies (18-1-KO14) and Catterall (22-0-KO12) clash at the Leicester Arena live on BT Sport and engaged in an entertaining round-the-table face-off ahead of the showdown.

I'll have to watch this just to see something of Catterall, this is his 1st big fight that I've heard of but will check his record. I've heard good things, but can he do to Davies what Josh Taylor did?
You know what you get with O'Hara Davies; a patient, methodical if limited boxer with big KO power for the weight. Plus a big mouth, which he seems to be controlling a bit better than usual in the lead-up to this fight. Has he learned from past mistakes, specifically the schooling he got from Taylor?

Seems competitive, but as a Ohara fan I didn't really love how he reacted when Taylor put it on him in their fight. That sorta sh^t tends to be the tip of the iceberg with a boxer with a boxers career losses. When the going gets tough Ohara is gonna opt out might be his story.

And fair play on Ohara having enough & its better to quit then to get severely injured or just injured more than necessary once the L is likely coming, but it still says so much about ones mindset when a guy does just stops in the middle of a fight like Ohara did. Like he didn't even just stay down or quit in the corner. He quit random as f#ck standing up.
