I am a huge fan of Gamboa and Juanma. I have aways felt Gamboa would have beat Juanma. I hope they both win their fights and the fight can be made but at this stage I think Gamboa completely wrecks Juanma.

Why didn’t they just go straight for it? they probably believe by both winning in the same card it will create some sort of urge and hype for the clash. Thing is Juanma could get knocked out cold by a Walmart greeter at this point so it’s a risk.

I used to think Gamboa destroyed Juan Ma even when they both were in their primes, but nowadays I see it as 50-50 both are past it and while Juan Ma has been in way more wars and his resistance is next to none he still has more 1 punch knockout power and Gamboa while having good power was more of a speed combination guy that would overwhelm opponents with angles and get them out of there. Since Gamboa has aged his reflexes are not what they used to be at 126 hes more sluggish and doesn't throw as many combos I feel the Crawford fight took something out of him and he keeps his hands very low in the same style where his movement would get him out of trouble. All i know is if Castellanos could KO Gamboa so can Lopez but this fight is about 9 years too late.

Both are chinny. I predict both will do the stanky leg

Juanma, can be knocked out by a toddler at this stage. I'm surprise he gets through sparring without getting ko'd
