#1 is TOO high for a ONE POINT win over an AGING fighter. Canelo was just as tired as GGG and he's not even 30 years old yet. Had he dominated or won comfortably against GGG, then he could make a case.

        Nelo
        GGG
        Jacobs
        BJS
        Andrade
        Sergiy.D
        Charlo
        Murata

        Lemieux
        Sulecki
        Murray

There is a lot of great matchups still out there. If those top 8 mix it up over the next few years, a few could have decent legacies.

Canelo vs Lemieux is waste of time. It will be replay of Canelo vs Kirkland.

Canelo vs Charlo or Saunders. These are interesting fights.

Even Canelo vs Jacobs is not interesting because the winner is Canelo 100%.

So that's the whole thing? We're all going to ignore the fact that Jermall Charlo is the WBC's owed mandatory challenger, and has formally been so since before April 2018? lol

Alvarez will become WBC emeritus champion, Jermall Charlo will fight Willie Monroe Jr for the vacant WBC 160lb belt, and Alvarez will either defend the WBA/Ring magazine/IBO against David Lemieux in December or simply sit out and wait to see what fight can be made for May 2019.

All of the belts spread out again, with Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez having the strongest claim to being champion.

NOBODY in North America is clamoring to see Saunders fight ANYBODY.

I don't know if he's popular in the UK, but his style didn't exactly ingratiate himself with fans over here.

Basically, as Golovkin would say, Saunder's is not 'Mexican Style'.

Jacobs is more well known, more proven against top opponents, and would probably be more dangerous to Canelo than Saunders.

Rehydration clause should be in effect for fighters like this, which I unofficially dub the Clottey-clause.

I think Canelo beats Jacobs easier than Saunders. Jacobs looked not good in his last fights. Against Arias and Sulecki. He couldn't KO Arias and Sulecki, he can't KO Canelo and he can't outbox Canelo. Canelo by KO or UD.

Saunders' style is wrong for Canelo. Canelo didn't want to face even Monroe jr. He will never face Saunders unless Saunders beats both Jacobs and Charlo.

Yeah that’s how I feel I don’t have a huge problem either. If they make weight they make weight.

I would rather see Canelo fighting on premium, cable or network television as opposed to fighting on some online streaming device for either ESPN+ or the DAZN.
