Former WBO minimumweight World Champion "The Tiger" Merlito Sabillo (27-5-1, 13 KO's) of Bacolod, Philippines weighed-in at 107.4 lbs while his opponent Chinese Jing Xiang (14-4-2, 3 KO's) made 107.8 pounds for their rumble for the vacant WBC Silver Jr. Flyweight Strap Saturday (Sep 15) at Qinzhou Sports Center in Qinzhou City in Southern China.
