How was the card this weekend? I was watching the Garcia/Porter card and college football and missed this card.

Split streamed them both plus the UFC

Ioka and Arroyo was a good fight, Palicte Nietes was OK (massively disappointed though), main event was a great competitive scrap

Ok I will watch it. I think I have HBO boxing set to automatically be DVR'd. If not it should be available on demand.

It's a fun series, but the next one needs to have SSR in the main event.

Unification please. With either Yafai or Ancajas.

Rungvisai needs to clean up the division before moving up to fight the unified bantamweight champ in late 2019 (after WBSS Bantam tournament).

Hope Inoue unifies the bantamweight. Would love to see Rungvisai vs Inoue.

Yafai really needs to get on these cards if he wants to do anything in the division but he'll probably be fighting on DAZN, away from all the action.

Just reviewed the fight between Nietes and Palicte.

The first half seems like a draw and they were pretty even. But in the later half, Nietes was winning. Especially the championship rounds. In round 12, Nietes was like a snake with its prey. Palicte was just trying to survive.

Garbage decision. Nietes camp should dispute that.

What happens with Palicte tho?? will they offer him something to side-step the rematch?
