The bottom line is Spence isn't pulling things out his arse, these are very debateable things, with the truth leaning towards what Spence is saying.

Crawford beat Postol who had just beaten Matthyse. We know Matthyse was a better win than Provodnikov.

Crawford completely outclassed Postol. Postol won almost round against and KTFO Matthyse. Lucas showed he was better than Provnikov in every department when they fought.

Algieri got the shit beaten out of him early by Provodnikov but survived, adjusted, took a close win that some felt should've gone the other way.

If you praise Provnikov as a significant win then OK, but that only makes Bud's resume look better as well.

Jeff Horn beats Chris Algeri. Brook was a smoke in mirrors fight in my opinion.

**** outta here....Brook was undefeated at 147, was the IBF champ, beating Shawn Porter (the newly crowned WBC champ) before meeting Spence.

Brook has only lost to two elite fighter, he is not smoke and mirrors.

Nah, I don't think Crawford could beat Kell Brook. Brook was beating Spence for the first half of their fight and he was beating the brakes off of GGG in the second round (even hurt him) of thier fight before the eye sockets went in both fights (credit to both fighter for breaking each socket).

Brook is no slouch, Crawford is not beating him.

I like Spence as much as the next man but if we are going to play the "let's nitpick the resume" game: Brook coming back down from 154 with a broken orbital bone was right there with him for the 1st 6 rounds and a past his prime Lamont was dusted off the shelf. Obviously, we can also nitpick Bud's resume also.


That being said, Spence vs Bud needs to happen so both guys need to marinate it quick! In order to do so, Bud needs to go behind "enemy lines" and start showing up at the Barclays at those PBC cards (and vice versa), easy promotion!
