I remember Ismael Salas was in Ioka's corner with Yorkis Gamboa in 2011 at the Chūō-ku Ward of Kobe, Japan ; when Kazuto challenged the #2. strawweight in the world, WBC champion from Thailand Oleydong Sithsamerchai/Kittipong Jaigrajang.

One can see the technical brilliance in Ioka that Salas help refine vs. Sithasmerchai -- just before Ioka delivered a paralyzing body-shot on Oleydong in the fifth round, you can see Ismael Salas yelling-out instructions to young Kazuto Ioka, I assume Salas seen it coming.

I'm wondering if Salas will be working Kazuto's corner this Saturday?

That clown Amnat Ruenroeng held so much vs. Kazuto Ioka that the ref took a point! and it still was a split decision, the rumor was that the scores were fixed in order to feed Ruenroeng to Zou Shimming -- and he was deducted another point vs. John Riel Casimero! Amnat was a dirty cheat.

Amnat really is one dirty soab but you gotta give him credit for going in his opponent's backyard and getting the win. Which is all the more reason i actually put casimero as the number 3 in 112 when he beat amnat at the time.
