Having said that, I remember being utterly opposed to Netflix once upon a time and now I think it’s the shįt. Let’s face it: streaming’s the way it’s going and so is DAZN so we’d better adapt or not bother watching (or illegally streaming *cough*)
difference is you can throw Netflix on any day and at any time to watch a show or movie. What exactly does DAZN have to offer on other time slots and days where there isn't a boxing card on? I understand in other countries not being the US, DAZN works for them because they get to watch some of the US based games from the top 3 sports that they wouldn't get to see otherwise.

Who knows, but what exactly is DAZN US gonna offer subscribers to watch on other days of the week when their is no boxing. Remember boxing will be on at the max 3 times a month for a few hours on the weekend, what else is there the rest of the time that would make someone want to subscribe to DAZN?
They have 17 boxing cards in the first 12 weeks. They have said other content will be produced, will have to wait and see what they have. Can only really speculate at the moment as it hasn't even launched yet.

Just to clarify, the battle for those top 3 sports won't be with networks, but rather with cable and satellite providers.

Right now, for instance, Direct TV owns the exclusive rights to NFL Sunday Ticket. DAZN would likely negotiate with them and the NFL to make those rights non-exclusive.

          Answer: I have no idea.

In the other countries, they have a ***** load of sporting rights, I see...

I just can’t see a world where cash isn’t thrown at it to try to force it’s success. Hearn’s got money to burn.

next time someone tells you the belts are meaningless, remember how much top rank and matchroom were willing to pay to try to gain control of the fourth most important belt in the eighth most important weight class.
