I always thought having national anthems before the main event was annoying and unnecessary. Every other sport does it right at the beginning of the event. When it's main event time, I want to see the fight, not hear 20 min of what is often below par semi drunk renditions of the national anthems.

I 100% agree and support Team Golovkin. National anthems are a pointless and annoying waste of time. If you're going to have them, then have them before the telecast. Don't subject the audience to this crap. You're going to have 3 national anthems, plus the fight entrances, plus Buffer introduction. That's like 15-20 minutes. I'd rather they get rid of them overall tbh. But I like Team Golovkin's idea of having them before the telecast.
