Comments Thread For: Dubois Focused on Kevin Johnson, Confident of Beating Gorman

MY LAST FIGHT, after all the talk, went almost exactly as I expected. When you are living the life and training hard, things basically go to plan really. Tom Little believed he had the tools and a plan to beat me, but everyone has a plan until they get hit, with Mike Tyson's words again proving to be reality. What went on beforehand was all talk and it didn't mean nothing.

Johnson is a decent name for someone with just 8 fights. I’ve not been overly impressed with Dubois so far (looks quite slow and robotic) but he is young and a proper student of the game. Loves his boxing, loves being in the gym so fingers crossed he’ll develop into another good British heavyweight. He certainly has some good domestic fights available with Gorman, Joyce, Hughie not too far away.

Then Chisora, Whyte, Tyson and Joshua who might still be around when Dubois has matured.

He's better than the they opponent but not by much. Didn't be best planets but get sparked by Joshua from memory. Dubois should stop him easily.

Dubois got that killer instinct. He may rip the belts off AJ if I dont get em first.

Dubois is the same level as Joe Joyce, Dave Allen and Nathan Gorman TBH.

Allen has the best resume of all three, which tells you quite a bit.

Davey Price would take these pups to school right now...

You must really be from L.A and not know much about british boxing. Allen isn't fit to lace Joe Joyces boots and admits as much himself. Price definitely can not beat Gormon or Joyce , not seen enough from dubois to confidently say he beats price at this stage and price vs allen is 60-40 in prices favour but not at all a foregone conclusion. has anybody realised david price has ZERO credible wins on his resume.

If you can survive the first 4 rounds with Price you will beat him. He's got just about the worst engine I can think of.

Joyce would destroy Price (and I'm not one of those who is overly sold on Joyce just yet)

Kalle needs to sort this out and add some vikings with monstrous power and sir david pricey esque chins in Granat & Helenius.

Add delboy and you've got yourself a serious tournament verging on epic proportions

Gorman does looked better than this good on the eye test but with heavies it's not always about that.
