WTF! This fight is gonna be a PPV event?? Who the fucc is gonna buy this piece of shet card??
Gamboa is one of the ******est fighter there ever was!
He's made nothing but bad decisions his whole career! The only smart decision I thought he ever did was signing to Golden Boy promotions at the beginning of last year.. He fought 4 times in a 10 month span under Golden Boy promotions, three times on national TV, but then he asks to be released to sit in the sidelines and do nothing.. This will be his first fight since he requested his release from Golden Boy promotions...
And he's fighting on a ppv card that hardly anyone is gonna buy??
WTF is wrong with him?? I guess he's taken too many shots to the head and that's why he keeps making ****** mistakes!
          What a dumb fucc!

He’s like the other Cuban fighters: very promising talent but lazy as hell

They're not expecting to sell a ton of PPV's.
They'll just be happy to make any extra revenue,
and they probably couldn't get a television slot.
It's not uncommon, and it's not a bad idea as long
as the PPV is reasonably priced.
I wanted to watch Pascal beat down that hockey goon
until I realized it was an $80 PPV!

But to be honest even at $25-$35 for this ppv card is allot in my opinion..
Gamboa is way past his prime, he's a shot fighter and Beltran isn't anything special for people to be paying a ppv fee to watch them fight. I just don't see how any promoter can turn a profit on this fight. I may be wrong but I'll be surprised if this card sells a good amount of ppvs...
I just don't know how many ppvs they have to sell in order to make a profit...

I'm only assuming that they are splitting any PPV revenue
with the PPV provider, and probably don't have any specific
sales quota to achieve. I have to assume this because I
doubt Pascal sold very many PPV's at THAT price.

I assume the Gamboa fight has to be a PPV because they
need to pay Gamboa & Beltran something reasonable to
make it worth their while at all, and I question how much
money they will take in at the gate in whatever little
barn they hold this event in. How many people do you
think will attend live? Probably not that many.
It will have pitiful attendance and pitiful PPV sales
but it might be considered a success to a small promoter!
I wonder What Gamboa & Beltran are making?

I guess some people are bigger boxing fans than me cause there's no way in hell I would ever pay to see this fight on TV or in person..
