Former WBA Super Bantamweight champion Scott Quigg (34-2-2, 25 KOs) has been added to the Billy Joe Saunders vs. Demetrius Andrade undercard on October 20 in Boston. The Matchroom USA promotion will take place at the city's 19,000 capacity TD Garden (home of the Boston Celtics) headlined by Saunders' fourth defence of his WBO Middleweight title against former 154lb champion Andrade. Irish starlet Katie Taylor will also appear on the bill defending her IBF and WBA Lightweight straps against Cindy Serrano.

As much as he is usually entertaining I'm not convinced putting him in a USA card makes much sense, not a huge name!

Yeah doesnt make sense. Toka Kahn Clary from the same place as Andrade though, him and Kid Galahad had a IBF final eliminator purse bid last week I think, went to $20k. Could be some **** been pulled and Quiggs in. Seen Hosea Burton vs Sean Monaghan rumoured for the card aswell.

At least put him in with a lightweight. That way he doesn't have to train so hard. The poor boy was so pooped the last time, he didn't even try to make weight. Let him find out what its like facing bigger men. See how he likes it.

Exactly! And didn't even want to hear anything about trying to make weight or fight day weight limit.
I guess super duper Quigg is a replacement for lost Hooker vs Saucedo fight.
