Comments Thread For: Jarrell Miller: Whyte Has NOT Earned Shot at Wilder or Joshua

Jarrell Miller has shot down Dillian Whyte's belief that he's done enough to earn a world title shot. Last month, Whyte got his biggest win to date when he won a twelve round unanimous decision over former WBO world champion Joseph Parker. One fight earlier, Parker became the first man to go the full distance with IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.

What contender has done more than Whyte to deserve a shot?

He didn't turn down Ortiz, Ortiz was not ready to fight on July 28th.

Whyte has done more than anyone to get a shot at Wilder or Joshua. Only name I personally would put above him is Ortiz and that’s just due to how skilled he is, not recent resume.

          Helenius
          Chisora
          Browne
          Parker

Is a more than decent run of wins in comparison to the rest of the contenders below no.2

White needs only to fight human punching bag Stiverne,
and he'll get a shot at everybody.

Whytes easily the highest ranked fighter that hasn't had a title shot, his one loss is for challenging AJ early in a thrilling fight I'd rather have more fighters like that than ones trying to achieve 50-0 fighting guys not even in the top 20 mostly.

Stfu you damn liar Luis Ortiz koed Razvan cojanu on the SAME day whyte barely beat Parker July 28th. You UK guys literally lie to yourselves to save face. Whyte hasn't earned anything because Dillian whyte has never once in his career faced a opponent that the wbc assigned to him. Helenius, Parker, Browne, Malcolm Tann. Eddie hearn literally approached Mauricio Suleiman and asked/paid for them to sanction those whyte fights under the wbc banner. Suleiman won't turn down money so he accepted Hearns bread but Suleiman aint just gonna let you buy your way to a title shot. In 2017, wbc wanted whyte Vs breazele eliminator anddd dillian whyte and hearn ducked breazele by lowballing him. 2018 wbc orders Ortiz Vs whyte for eliminator, whyte ducks yet another top fighter. Ibf orders whyte Vs pulev and whyte ducks that fight under the guise of the purse split.

Wilder said beat Ortiz and he'll fight whyte. Whyte then says he doesn't believe wilder and wants it in writing. Keep in mind wilder says this after he blessed Ortiz with a 2nd opportunity to fight when he didn't have to, a smart person could/should surmise that deontay wilder is a man of his word and really meant he'd fight whyte if he was victorious. Also if you look at whytes last 5 fights, 1.he ducked breazele Washington and mansour to fight Malcolm Tann in America, 2. Was rocked by helenius before helenius broke his hand, 3. Gets to much praise for Lucas Browne fight considering 6ft 0in ruslan chagaev was able to knockdown Lucas Browne, 4. Headbutted Parker for first knockdown and grabbed ropes for over 10seconds hanging on for dearlife.
