Potentially. I think its more likely that Wilder will if he loses. Fury, despite the 2 years off where he was a slob, is still only 29. AJ is 28 so it could be that Fury/AJ dominate the division for 5-6 years!

As an Englishman, I was to see Fury slap the hell out of Wilder. As a HW boxing fan, the more contenders there are, the more interesting it becomes.
