  • Comments Thread For: Pacquiao Says Last Training Camp Was Hardest To Date

According to newly crowned World Boxing Association (WBA) "regular" welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, he's gone through the hardest training camp of his career. Two weeks ago in Malaysia, Pacquiao returned to the ring for the first time since July 2017, when he lost a controversial twelve round decision to Jeff Horn.

Awesome! Keep it up! I'd love to see Pac fight Loma or Mikey at 135, or enter the WBSS at 140. I'm sure they could pay one of the lower seeds to step aside and let Pac take the spot, and the other entrants in the WBSS would love it! A chance to fight Pacquiao, even better. And it would make the tournament way more interesting.

Plus, the WBSS is on dazone now and Eddie Hearn who has a contract with dazone has said he's interested in signing Pacquiao. So it sounds like a perfect fit all around.

If not Loma at 130, or Mikey at 135 or 140, or the WBSS at 140, then I guess a Crawford fight would be fun too. But it has to be outside the U.S, with a non-American ref and non-American judges, otherwise the fight will be ruined by corrupt officiating and Crawford taking advantage of it to hold and foul all night, just like every other big fight the last decade featuring an American star against a foreigner has been ruined. There's a reason these fights keep not living up to the hype at all. It's because the American star is always allowed to foul and spoil all night, taking the fight, the exchanges, the clean punches, the excitement, completely out of the fight.

Dude what the heck are you on about, I can't tell if this post is legit or some serious trolling. Loma at 130 wtf?! You know his next fight will be at 147, he just won the WBA belt and he will be matched carefully the old bastard is 40 years old and beat a shot Matthysse.

Pacman in the WBSS tournament would be insane especially if he were to win it. There's only so much you can do after accomplishing as much as he has. That's the question surrounding Pacquiao at this stage in his career. Can he achieve greatness, again?

Manny Pacquiao can continue to fight B and C level fighters and get away with it because like Crawford said, he earned the right to go out how he wants. But if Pacquiao were to gird up his loins and attempt another act of greatness at 40, man, that would be crazy. Pacquiao vs. Crawford, Loma, and the WBSS tournament. Those are three great feats that Pacquiao could potentially look to face. Who knows. But regardless his legacy is set in stone, he'd only add to it if he did one of those things and won.

                Pacquiao plays chess? Lol
I can totally imagine his entourage allowing him to win.

It was the hardest training camp because Pacman has aged.
