Big money offer been made from overseas (China Middle East etc).

This fight would be huge crowd pulled at Wembley.

The saudi royalty supposedly bids on pretty much every boxing match since 2005ish and it never ends up happening. I'm starting to wonder if it's an inside joke promoters use on nosey journalists when they don't have a set venue.

The Saudi's look at it as an "investment"

They won the CW finals before the match was set, then they sold it to Russia for a big profit.

If the Saudis really want it they'll get it. Too much money in play.

The Sauerlands don't seem to mind, but what about Hearn, though?
