  • Comments Thread For: Ramirez: Canelo Will Win His Rematch Against Golovkin Clearly

Gilberto Ramirez considers their controversial split draw a fair result of the Canelo Alvarez-Gennady Golovkin fight. Ramirez rooted for Alvarez to win because he is a fellow Mexican and a former sparring partner. The unbeaten WBO super middleweight champion still doesn't think Alvarez did enough to beat Golovkin convincingly in their 12-round middleweight title fight September 16 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

How much do you deteriorate between the ages of 35 and 36?

2%? 3%? 4%? That can make all the difference at elite levels. Does Golovkin have a conditioning coach?

I could have sworn I saw on maybe twitter that Ramirez said Golovkin won that fight. I might be mistaken. I know JCC Jr. said Golovkin did, maybe I'm mistaking it for him.

Ramirez must b concussed or something, & he should b worrying about his OWN fights fighting back-to-back bums. GGG isn't da one that needs conditioning, & how is GGG losing a step with age if he's never been in wars, & jus cuz he hasn't knocked anyone out doesn't mean he's lost a step fighting a Top 5 in Jacobs then Canelo. Da competition r no slouches
