  • Comments Thread For: Ohara Davies Confident That He Would Beat Maurice Hooker

Hackney foghorn Ohara Davies appears to have rekindled his mojo after signing with Hall of Fame promoter Frank Warren earlier this year. Bull strong and mallet fisted, the incorrigible trash-talker returns to the championship stage at London's O2 Arena on Saturday week in a WBC Silver Super Lightweight challenge to Congo's 21-1 Paul Kamanga.

I’m inclined to agree. OD is a little more consistent and disciplined, could see him getting the dec.

I think Taylor deserves a shot at a world title before OD. That is one of my favourite nights of boxing in recent times. The hype for OD was incredible and Taylor showed he was a class above him.

OD could fight Taylor 100 times and not get the win. Kudos to him for wanting the rematch, but Taylor definitely has his number.

I thought maybe he'd learned from his beating from Josh, but nope. Same old Ohara.

Ohara Davies is an Afro-Euro bum. He has no business fighting for World titles.

O'Hara Davis, is not a world level fighter and will never be one.

He is unskilled, cowardly and unprofessional.

Enter the 140 WBSS then OD.

I like OD, I feel like Matchroom stitched him up. He should definitely avoid Taylor unless it’s a money fight because he gets KTFO again and again by Taylor

I think Flanagan should get an invite to WBSS even though he lost. Hooker wasn’t lucky with the win but Flanagan was unlucky with the headbutt karma
