  • Comments Thread For: Crawford's Manager: After Horn, The Push Will Get Much Bigger

Terence Crawford might not be well known outside of US boxing circles just yet, but a win over Jeff Horn will put him on course for global superstardom. That's the view of his trainer and manager, Brian McIntyre, who reckons his charge is bound for Floyd Mayweather levels of fame.

It's just a stepping stone into a new division for him, the easiest belt he could grab at 147.

I don't think it will do much for his reputation.

... "When he was about 12 or 13, he never lost after that..."

      ... just like Andre Ward?...

"But first we have to get past Jeff Horn. He's a determined fighter and has the will to win."

First things first or it all comes crashing down.

Horn will not go away easily.

TC is not getting the push, nor the opponents, that Lomachenko is getting! Hopefully Bob doesn't keep Crawford hostage to ESPN. Not everyone is going to do what Linares did! If Crawford gets the chance to fight Thurman or Spence Jr. on Showtime, please don't cuff him!

I think Top Rank has an exclusive deal with ESPN so if Crawford ever fights Thurman or Spence it will likely need to be a joint venture PPV.

Crawford is getting a push by espn. Has a sit down fight break down with Atlas coming on tonight. Espn+ has inside looks into his training camp for the fight.

Crawford will shuck and jive and do anything to avoid the top WW's. he is very lucky that a guy like Horn has a belt where Crawford thinks it will be easy fight which makes him a POS cherry picker. I say he NEVER fights spence
