Jermell Charlo has a message for Bob Arum, Oscar De La Hoya, Eddie Hearn and any other promoter that wants to sign him. According to Jermell Charlo, if he and his twin brother, Jermall, decide to accept one of the promotional contracts they've been offered recently, it'll be with the same promoter. Jermell Charlo confirmed to BoxingScene.com during an open workout last week in Century City, California, that Arum's Top Rank Inc., De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions and Hearn's Matchroom Boxing USA each has offered him a promotional deal.

A couple months ago I would've thought this was a bit of a reach, but after hearing about the ticket sales for Spence v. Ocampo (with his Man Down Promotions), it appears that Texas is a gold mine lol

Gary Russell just got $1.4 million plus a % of the gate in that sold out fight against Diaz.

I like to hear guys thinking about financial independence. As long as they're careful and build the right relationships, it's not a bad idea at all.

I still don't understand why Floyd is a Promoter he doesn't care enough to run that kind of company. I am surprised he is not going into fitness supplements.

Much respect. I initially didn’t care much for the Charlo’s because they came off as brash but the more I see of them in certain interviews it’s evident that they do have humility and in this case a strong familial bond. This in addition to Jermall teaching some boxing to non fighters is definitely a good look from a pr standpoint.
