      I would argue that aside from experience they need someone that will be able to dedicate Verdejo the time and attention he needs at this crucial point in his career. I'm still voting/hoping for breadman!

        ...for one, his trainer/manager Marquez needs to ne out of the picture, and two, Verdejo doesn't have no fcuking balls...he was winning ugly against scrubs, and lost to a mexican only his mother knew...

            No veteran elite trainer should go to him his country he needs to choose a trainer through mutual agreed tryouts and go to camp away from family friends enablers toughen up

                  The kid has shown that he doesn't have any killer instinct. As far as Verdejo needing a new trainer, He needs to hit up Tito Trinidad's Father. Slap that boy across his cheek bone in the middle of the round.

                    I don't mind a loss or two, it toughen's them up sometimes. Lets see how he reacts. I was never anti Verdejo, just the velvet glove build up. No more training wheels, any trainer now has to use what he gets. Verdejo has peaked, now he has to make it work. Get some revenge if he can.
